We are focused on helping and encouraging young people who have emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties to function independently and be an asset to society.
Our aim is to enable our beloved young people to achieve their full potential by employing a strong caring team of professional and passionate individuals as well as adopting proven and engaging programs. Our talented team have experience in working with challenging and vulnerable young adults.
The service promotes numerous life skills through planned activities and enables access to social and leisure activities.
We utilise different methods and intervention techniques to reduce and eliminate the level and frequency of challenging behaviours. We support younger people, from the age of 18 years and over, to live safely and comfortably in the home they know and love. For young adults with a higher level of need offering one to one or two to one support. A person-centred plan is developed to ensure the service is tailored to meet the needs and wishes of the individual.
